If you’re on legacy control software, it’s essential to upgrade to the latest version of Crystalliser.

Magna v2 technical support requires an upgrade to the Crystalliser
Like most hardware vendors, we require you to utilise up-to-date software to remain officially supported.
From the 30th of June 2025, official support for LC Magna v2 via Photocentric support will only be available for users who have migrated to Crystalliser.
From the 1st of July 2025, the Photonics machine profiles as follows: LC Magna V2, LC Magna V2 Fast Printing, and LC Magna V2 Slotted platform will be removed from the Photocentric Studio Software.
